Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
The WebApp always loads the newest panorama by default, but may also load a special panorama based on the current tool.
Loading directly into a tool with a special panorama (i.e. by loading the tool page directly using the direct url) will cause the newest AND the special panorama to load.
Whichever one takes longer to load wins the spotlight and stays until it is changed again.
A special panorama should always take precedence and therefore should stop the newest one from loading.
This may best be tackled after #4 has been completed.
