Occasionally, a socket connection can get stuck completely, waiting infinitely for a response from the server.
Usually, this is annoying, but shouldn't be a deal breaker.
It does become a deal breaker however, as when another request is inevitably coming in for the same link, the original cache file is locked.
This in turn means, this link will never be able to be processed, until the application is restarted.

Somewhat fixed in github.com/Fasguy/MegaApiClient@3ffd779b99
It's still very hacky, but if this solution turns out to work reliably, then I will rework it.
